Who we are

Gary is a trading name of Lang Broking Co Pty Ltd, ABN 61 702 374 972, Authorised Representative No. 050000 of Australian Broker Network Pty Ltd, ABN 89 062 882 080, AFSL 253131. Gary arranges general insurance for Australian small businesses as an insurance broking service.

How we’re paid

If you buy a policy through us, our remuneration is included in the premium you see: typically a commission paid by the insurer, with any broker fee shown separately before you pay. The price you see is the price you pay; there are no hidden charges added afterwards.

The documents

Each insurer’s PDS is linked on its quote card before you choose, and again at checkout. Our Financial Services Guide (FSG) will be published here when the licensing entity is appointed.

If something goes wrong

We have a complaints process and we use it: every complaint is acknowledged in writing and resolved within 30 days at most, and AFCA is available if we fall short.
